Systemic
Coaching
Systemic coaching focuses on the solution competence of the client.
The client is regarded as an "expert" of one's own personal life and is supported in finding the optimal solution. The coach is an expert in designing an optimal solution finding process. Therefore, the coaching is an encounter between two experts.
The coaching units are the rehearsal stage for probation in daily (professional) life. Based on this, new perceptions, thinking and action options are tested. However, the actual "work" takes place between the coaching units, which is why there is a conscious focus on a longer time interval between the units (usually 2-3 weeks).
Topics include decision-making issues, problems with colleagues, employees or supervisors, required solutions, etc.
Alternatively, management coaching is the answer when it comes to more professionally oriented problems, while careers coaching is an option for personal career development issues or specific career techniques.
Management
Coaching
Management Coaching as our premium product offers executives the benefits of systemic coaching in combination with competence-based expert advice!
Together with two coaches, solutions for entrepreneurial and functional challenges are developed in a discreet and trusting atmosphere.
The client is always regarded as an "expert" of his own area of responsibility and supported in finding the optimal solution. A coach focuses on designing an optimal, solution-oriented process. The second coach is always an expert in the field (for example, finance / accounting, marketing, sales, human resources, logistics, IT, etc.) and thus a sparring partner for the optimal technical solution or decision-making.
In contrast to an external management consultancy, the responsibility always lies with the manager. A solution is not brought from outside, but developed in the coaching process. This also enables an essential learning process and ensures that the solution is developed independently and not mediated by a consultant.
Career
Coaching
Career Coaching is a combination of systemic coaching with competence-based career counseling and goal-oriented training.
The client is regarded as an "expert" in one's own personal world and supported in career and career development. The coach - HR consultant with many years of experience in career management - is an expert in optimal career strategies and techniques.
During the coaching, strategies are worked out together or special techniques are tested and practiced. Depending on the topic, the essential "work" takes place in the coaching units or between the units. The units are often arranged according to need.
Topics include personal career planning, individual application strategies, the design of optimal application documents, the development of interview skills, clarification of personal strengths and learning fields, etc.
